We recently spent four wonderful nights at this hotel, and we can confidently say that it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel so welcome. Every member of the personnel was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of options to cater to every taste—whether you prefer a continental spread, fresh fruits, or heartier options, you’ll find something to love. Don’t miss out on it if you visit! It’s definitely a great way to start your day. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of using the hotel’s massage service. Brigida and Joanna were truly exceptional. Their massages were not only relaxing but also carried out with great professionalism and care. The quality of the massage was top-notch, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Porto. If we had to mention one minor disadvantage, it would be the bathroom door, which is made of glass. Although it doesn’t allow you to see through it, it does not block sound as well as a traditional door might. This didn’t impact our overall experience much, but it's something to be aware of. All in all, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the hotel. Your hospitality made our trip to Porto even more special! The hotel staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was quick and did a thorough job. The Hotel is dog friendly and they had prepared accessories for the dog.

The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk to the main tourist attractions but enough away from them to not feel overcrowded. There were lovely restaurants and cafes near by and a supermarket beside it. The pool and cocktails from the bar were a huge bonus. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The gym was another bonus which was very small but if you want to do a workout it is great to have and I had it to myself both times I used it. The room was very quiet. The hotel doors don't bang and we didnt hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. The rainforest shower in the bedroom was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Porto.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we were fortunate to be given a room upgrade. Our beautiful room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel was welcoming, clean and had lovely decor. We loved the variety of options available on the delicious breakfast buffet. Staff were really efficient in clearing away dishes too. Obviously all staff have been well trained - a credit to the hotel.
